Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, and milk.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold until just combined.
- If adding extras like herbs or cheese, mix them in now.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter in.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy warm with butter or toasted.
Notes
For a lighter loaf, sift your flour. Experiment with flavors by adding garlic powder or herbs.
