Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg (for egg wash)

Optional: everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cottage cheese and flour until a soft dough forms.
