Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or whipped)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg (optional for shine)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and flour until a dough forms.
Divide and shape dough into 4 bagels.
Brush with egg if desired. Add toppings if using.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Notes
You can air fry at 330°F for 10–12 minutes.
Use oat flour for a gluten-free version.
