Ingredients
`2 lemongrass stalks
1 handful fresh mint leaves
1 inch ginger, sliced
4 cups water
1 lime or lemon slice
Instructions
Boil water in a medium saucepan.
Add lemongrass, mint, and ginger to the simmering water.
Let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into cups.
Finish with a squeeze of lime or lemon before serving.
