Ingredients
1 cup filtered water
1 bag green tea (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
1 tsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tsp fresh)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Boil your water and pour over the green tea and lemon balm in a mug.
Let steep for 5–7 minutes.
Remove the tea bag (or strain the herbs).
Stir in ginger, turmeric, and Himalayan salt.
Add lemon juice and cream of tartar.
Mix thoroughly and sweeten if desired.
Drink warm, ideally mid-morning or evening.
