Ingredients

Scale

1 cup almond butter or peanut butter

1/2 cup oat flour (or almond flour)

1/3 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix nut butter and maple syrup until smooth.

2. Add protein powder, oat flour, vanilla, and salt.

3. Stir until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.

5. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use plant-based protein for a vegan version.

Add a splash of almond milk if dough feels dry.

Swap mini chips for chopped nuts or dried fruit.
