Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies infused with the rich flavors of coffee and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any treat lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 ยฝ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ยฝ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • Chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Mix together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then slowly add to wet ingredients.
  5. Mix cream cheese with instant coffee and fold into the dough.
  6. Scoop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Don’t overmix the dough and consider chilling for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
