- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 ยฝ cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- ยฝ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- Chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Mix together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then slowly add to wet ingredients.
- Mix cream cheese with instant coffee and fold into the dough.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Don’t overmix the dough and consider chilling for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
