Description

A delicious twist on the classic club sandwich, this pasta salad combines layers of meat, cheese, and crunchy veggies in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup cubed deli meats (turkey, ham, or chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • ½ cup ranch or mayonnaise dressing
  • Optional: Avocado, pickles

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the deli meats, cheese, and veggies while the pasta cools.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, meats, cheese, and veggies.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix everything until well-coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Toss before serving and enjoy! Optionally garnish with extra cheese or crispy bacon.
