A delicious twist on the classic club sandwich, this pasta salad combines layers of meat, cheese, and crunchy veggies in a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cubed deli meats (turkey, ham, or chicken)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup chopped veggies (shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers)
- ½ cup ranch or mayonnaise dressing
- Optional: Avocado, pickles
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop the deli meats, cheese, and veggies while the pasta cools.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, meats, cheese, and veggies.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix everything until well-coated.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss before serving and enjoy! Optionally garnish with extra cheese or crispy bacon.
