Description

A whimsical, guilt-free cloud bread loaf featuring delightful pastel swirls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Natural food coloring (light pink, blue, yellow)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Divide the batter into different bowls, one for each desired color.
  5. Add natural food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
  6. In a loaf pan, pour the batters alternately and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes
