- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until incorporated.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and toss in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon until coated.
- Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
