A delicious blend of crispy churro flavor and creamy cheesecake filling, topped with cinnamon-sugar crunch.

- 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 bundles (8 oz each) cream cheese, relaxed
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix ½ cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon together.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Press one can of crescent roll dough into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of dough and lay it over the cheesecake mixture.
- Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Cut into bars and serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best results. Chilling the bars before serving is recommended for better texture.
