- Mini colorful marshmallows
- Almonds, hazelnuts, or pecans
- Butter
- Crushed biscuits or graham crackers
- Optional: Dried fruit (cranberries, apricots)
- Optional: Candy canes
- Optional: Peppermint extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a minute, then mix in mini marshmallows, nuts, and any optional goodies.
- Crush the biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
- Fold crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture until everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Once set, slice into squares and serve.
Notes
