Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g chocolate (dark, milk, or a mix)
  • Mini colorful marshmallows
  • Almonds, hazelnuts, or pecans
  • Butter
  • Crushed biscuits or graham crackers
  • Optional: Dried fruit (cranberries, apricots)
  • Optional: Candy canes
  • Optional: Peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute, then mix in mini marshmallows, nuts, and any optional goodies.
  3. Crush the biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Fold crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture until everything is coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, slice into squares and serve.
