- 1 box of cake mix (vanilla or yellow)
- 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- Powdered sugar for rolling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until you get a thick batter.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Form balls of dough about 1 inch in diameter using a cookie scoop or your hands.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly underbaked and gooey.
- Let them cool before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flair, consider mixing in chocolate chips or chopped nuts, and drizzle with icing.
