Instructions
- Cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually sift in the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until it forms a dough.
- Add the orange zest to the dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut cookies into desired shapes.
- Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before storing.
