Description

Delicious no-bake treats combining chocolate and Butterfinger bars into bite-sized balls.


Ingredients

  • 8 fun-sized Butterfinger bars, crushed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (plus extra for snacking)
  • Crushed Butterfinger for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Butterfinger bars into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger, softened cream cheese, and half of the chocolate chips, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, about the size of golf balls.
  4. Chill the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top before chocolate hardens.
  7. Let the balls sit at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate sets.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months separated by parchment paper.
