Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mozzarella (sliced or in balls)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Balsamic Reduction (optional)

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on top.
  3. Layer the ingredients: start with grilled chicken, followed by mozzarella, then cherry tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
