Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush olive oil on top.
- Layer the ingredients: start with grilled chicken, followed by mozzarella, then cherry tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
- Slice and serve.
