Ingredients

  • Rotini or penne pasta
  • Grilled chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
