Description

A delightful blend of Caesar salad and pasta, enhanced with grilled chicken, ready in minutes!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz of rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts, grilled or roasted
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Optional: Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a pot.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Grill or roast chicken until golden; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce.
  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss well.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons just before serving.
