- 12 oz of rotini or penne pasta
- 2 large chicken breasts, grilled or roasted
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- Optional: Bacon bits
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a pot.
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Grill or roast chicken until golden; chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and lettuce.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss well.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons just before serving.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
