- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices Bacon
- 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Optional: Spinach or broccoli
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until golden and cooked through.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water.
- Add softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the cooked chicken, stirring until creamy.
- Mix in the drained pasta and crumbled bacon. Optionally, add spinach or broccoli.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan or ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Feel free to customize with more vegetables or different proteins like shrimp or chickpeas. Can be prepared gluten-free with appropriate pasta.
