Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Stir in the maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop dollops of dough onto a lined baking sheet, allowing space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
