Delicious and customizable cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: jalapeños, bell peppers, spinach, or any other veggies
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and cook for a couple more minutes until warmed through.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until it melts and combines with the chicken and garlic.
- Spread a layer of sour cream on each tortilla and top with the cheesy chicken mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- If desired, toast the wraps in the skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with salsa or a fresh salad, garnishing with herbs if desired.
Notes
Feel free to customize the recipe by adding extra toppings or swapping chicken for beans for a vegetarian option.
