Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced onions or garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse and trim the asparagus stalks, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheese in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper.
