- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse and trim the asparagus stalks, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheese in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the asparagus pieces to the cheesy mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and drizzle olive oil over them.
