Description

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sponge cake or chocolate cake or lemon cake (based on preference)
  • Fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
  • Sugar (for sweetening strawberries)
  • Whipped cream or cream cheese frosting or chocolate ganache (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cake recipe (generally around 350°F).
  2. Prepare your cake batter based on the recipe of choice.
  3. Pour into prepared cake pans and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. While the cake is baking, wash and hull your strawberries.
