- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- Optional: shredded cheese
Instructions
- Prep your chicken by cooking some chicken breast if not using rotisserie chicken, then shred it and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce and mix well.
- Scoop a generous amount of cottage cheese into your serving bowl as the base.
- Top the cottage cheese with the Buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle diced celery and green onions on top.
- Optionally, add shredded cheese and enjoy!
