Description

A delicious and nutritious bowl combining protein-rich cottage cheese with spicy Buffalo chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • Optional: shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by cooking some chicken breast if not using rotisserie chicken, then shred it and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce and mix well.
  3. Scoop a generous amount of cottage cheese into your serving bowl as the base.
  4. Top the cottage cheese with the Buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle diced celery and green onions on top.
  5. Optionally, add shredded cheese and enjoy!
