- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain.
- Mix cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine the steamed veggies with the cottage cheese mixture, then top with shredded cheddar and optional bread crumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers keep well in the fridge for about 3-5 days. Can substitute cottage cheese with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
