This Brazilian Mounjaro recipe is a natural, caffeine-rich drink crafted with yerba mate, guaraná, and lime to support fat burning and boost energy.
Ingredients
1 cup filtered water
1 tsp yerba mate (loose leaf or bag)
½ tsp guaraná powder (or 1 capsule opened)
Juice of ½ lime
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit (optional)
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Boil water and let it cool slightly (to around 175°F).
Steep yerba mate for 5 minutes, then strain.
Add guaraná powder, lime juice, and cayenne. Stir well.
Sweeten with honey or monk fruit if desired.
Serve warm or chilled over ice.
Notes
Drink once daily in the morning for best results.
