Instructions

- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

- Add a generous amount of Boursin cheese over each chicken breast.
- Toss in spinach and cherry tomatoes around the chicken if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let the dish sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
