  • 1 package of Boursin cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  5. Add a generous amount of Boursin cheese over each chicken breast.
  6. Toss in spinach and cherry tomatoes around the chicken if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Let the dish sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
