Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Lemon zest and juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and thyme to create the sauce.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of olive oil, and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
