Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn)
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 12 cups Powdered Sugar, to taste
  • 1 cup Dried Blueberries
  • Zest from 1 Fresh Lemon
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in pudding mix, dried blueberries, and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal and chocolate mixture. Gently fold until the cereal is coated.
  4. Transfer to a resealable bag or bowl, add powdered sugar and pinch of salt. Shake to combine.
  5. Spread the Puppy Chow on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for about 30 minutes.
