Ingredients

- 9 cups Chex Cereal (Rice or Corn)
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1–2 cups Powdered Sugar, to taste
- 1 cup Dried Blueberries
- Zest from 1 Fresh Lemon
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in pudding mix, dried blueberries, and lemon zest until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal and chocolate mixture. Gently fold until the cereal is coated.
- Transfer to a resealable bag or bowl, add powdered sugar and pinch of salt. Shake to combine.
- Spread the Puppy Chow on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for about 30 minutes.
