Bethany Frankel cottage cheese bagels are a protein-rich, low-carb, and ultra-satisfying breakfast option you can make in under 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 egg
¾ cup almond flour or oat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Shape into 4 equal bagel rings on the tray.
Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle desired toppings.
Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving
