Ingredients

- 2 pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Add steak pieces to the crock pot and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
- Add minced garlic to the pot.
- Melt the butter and mix with soy sauce and beef broth, then drizzle over the steak mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir the steak again before serving. Enjoy with sides like mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding Worcestershire sauce or red pepper flakes. Browning the steak before slow cooking can enhance the flavor.
