Description
A simple bariatric seed diet recipe made with chia, flax, fennel, and sunflower seeds to support digestion and fat loss.
Ingredients

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
Combine all seeds in a jar.
Add warm water and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Stir again and drink on an empty stomach.
Repeat daily for best results.
Notes
Start with small amounts of flaxseed if sensitive. Pair with light meals for optimal benefits.
