Description

Delicious and crispy salmon bites served in a bowl with zesty Bang Bang sauce, perfect for a flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skinless and deboned
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Cooked rice (brown or white)
  • Favorite toppings (chopped green onions, sliced avocado, cucumber slices, sesame seeds, mango salsa)

Instructions

  1. Prep the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg wash, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon bites until golden brown.
  5. Make the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  6. Assemble the bowl with rice, salmon bites, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake the salmon bites at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
