Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  2. Cut your salmon into bite-sized pieces—about 1-inch cubes.
  3. Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
  4. Whisk the egg until frothy in another bowl.
  5. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  6. Coat each salmon piece in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and finally roll in the panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake the coated salmon bites on a prepared baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder in a small bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  9. Toss the baked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle over them for serving.

Notes

Always use fresh salmon for the best flavor and texture.
