Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Juice from 12 Lemons
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about a minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and whisk together, cooking until it thickens slightly (about 3-5 minutes).
  8. Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Spoon the sauce generously over the baked salmon and garnish with parsley before serving.
