- 4 Salmon fillets
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- Juice from 1–2 Lemons
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets lightly with olive oil.
- Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and whisk together, cooking until it thickens slightly (about 3-5 minutes).
- Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spoon the sauce generously over the baked salmon and garnish with parsley before serving.
