Description

A beautifully baked salmon drizzled with a luscious lemon butter cream sauce, perfect for impressing your guests and indulging your taste buds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets (skin-on preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Lemon Slices
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice (from 2 lemons)
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place your salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Slowly add 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring constantly and let it simmer without boiling.
  8. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Just before serving, stir in chopped fresh parsley.
  10. Plate the salmon, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with more parsley and a lemon slice.

Notes

Serve with roasted veggies, couscous, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
