Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy.

- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually mix these dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
