Description
This apple cider vinegar drink supports weight loss, curbs appetite, and boosts digestion. Simple, natural, and quick to make.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of ½ lemon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit
8–12 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large glass.
Stir until honey is fully dissolved.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spice.
Drink slowly, preferably through a straw.
Best served warm in the morning or before meals.
Notes
Use a straw to protect your enamel.
Do not exceed 2 tbsp vinegar per day.
Cycle use weekly: 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
