Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to an oven-safe dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sliced apples until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
