Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season them as desired.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust time for thicker pieces.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
