Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: Italian seasoning, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and soy sauce for seasoning variations

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season them as desired.
  3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust time for thicker pieces.
  6. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
