Ingredients
- Pasta (spiral, penne, or elbow macaroni)
- Taco seasoning
- Ground beef (or turkey)
- Cheddar cheese
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil a pot of water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Meat: In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add Taco Seasoning: Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir well.
- Mix in Tomato Sauce: Pour tomato sauce into the skillet and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine with Pasta & Cheese: Add drained pasta and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
